ERIC BOUSTOULLER, CEO

Graduated from the “Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris”, Eric Boustouller was in particular Sales General Manager of Compaq France. Deputy CEO (2002-2005), then Chairman and Chief Executive Director of Microsoft France and Deputy Chairman of Microsoft Interrnational (2005- 2012), he has been Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Corporation and Western Europe area Vice president of Microsoft since 2012. Eric Boustouller is CEO of SoLocal Group since October 11, 2017.

 

 

   
 

Frédéric Obala, Chief Media, Presence & Content Officer

After graduating from HEC, Frédéric Obala started his career as a strategy consultant before joining Promodes (Carrefour) in 1992. In 2002, he joined PPR (Kering) as Director of Strategy and sat on the Executive Committee. He then held the position of Marketing and Web Director for La Redoute. In 2008, he became CEO of Domeo, a Veolia and Homeserve subsidiary. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of Darty’s marketing and services division. Frédéric Obala joined SoLocal Group in 2014, working as General Manager of the SoLocal Network Business Unit before being put in charge of the Group's Digital Marketing Unit in 2015. In 2017, he joined SoLocal's Executive Committee and was promoted Managing Director of the Local Search business where he took charge of the PagesJaunes, Mappy and Ooreka media development strategy, the web-to-store solutions proposed by ClicRDV and Leadformance, audience and SEO activities, the foreign web marketing subsidiary with Yelster Digital in Austria and the Brand and Advertising department. Frédéric Obala took up the position of Chief Media, Presence & Content Officer for SoLocal Group on 2 May 2018.

 

 

   
 

Amaury Lelong, Chief Online Advertising, Data and New Products

Amaury Lelong graduated from HEC and the London Business School in 1999 and started his career by taking part in setting up the Nextedia e-marketing agency (formerly Come&Stay). He then worked as a consultant for the AT Kearney and Boston Consulting Group firms before joining Canal+ where he held several operational department positions with a strong marketing and digital input. Amaury Lelong joined SoLocal Group in 2012 as Director of Marketing for Large Accounts and Online Marketing. Two years later, he was promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director of this unit, since renamed SoLocal Network, where he initiated the development of the Group's data and programmatic offering. When the product lines were set up in 2016, he was appointed Managing Director of DaPSSA, a product line taking in Programmatic Data, Search and Social Advertising offerings developed by SoLocal from the main advertising platforms on the market (Google, Bing, Facebook, programmatic). Amaury Lelong took up the position of Chief Online Advertising, Data and New Products on 2 May 2018.

 

 

   
 

Arnaud Defrenne, Chief Technology Officer

Arnaud is a graduate of the ESA Business School. He began his career in 1997 by jointly developing the first French search engine (Nomade), and then becoming the Technical Director for all of the Liberty Serve Group’s Internet services between 1997 and 2001. In 2001, he joined the Netbooster network of independent agencies. In 2004, Arnaud founded a price-comparison and shopping search-engine, which used an innovative research technology, and was taken over by LeGuide.com in 2005. Then he joined Publicis and developed the Group’s technology offerings such as “Digitas Content and Commerce” and “Digitas Cloud”. In 2015, he joined the L’Oréal Group as Chief Digital Marketing Technology Officer (CDMTO), in order to drive the Group’s transition to digital technology, and expand its digital activities and income. Arnaud Defrenne is Chief Technology Officer of SoLocal Group since April 25, 2018.

 

 

   
 

Pascale Furbeyre, Chief Marketing Officer
Date of joining: 9 May 2018

Pascale holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and began her career in digital marketing at About.com, a subsidiary of the IAC Group, in New York in 1999. She worked for About.com, Sprinks, Overture, Yahoo! France. Pascale joined the Crédit Agricole Group as Marketing and Communications Director in 2009, and launched BforBank, an online bank dedicated to savings. She conceived and supervised the BforBank website, defined the brand’s positioning, and oversaw its launch on television, in print media, and online. She joined the LesFurets.com price-comparison website, a subsidiary of the UK based BGL Group, as Marketing Director in 2013. Pascale Furbeyre is Chief Marketing Officer of SoLocal Group since May 9, 2018.

 

 

   
 

Christophe Parcot, Chief Revenue Officer

Graduated from MS ESSEC in 1990, Christophe Parcot starts his carrier in Largardère Active in the Canadian distribution branch before joining the international consumer magazine department of Bertelsman in Paris. He joined LVMH holding in 1996, taking financial and investment reponsabilities. He cofounded Liberty Surf in 1999, and led the IPO of the company in 2000. He appointed then as strategic and development Director for Tiscali France. In 2002, he launched the company Overture in France, Spain and Italy. This company invented the sponsored links. After Overture and Kelkoo take over by Yahoo!, he became South Europe Vice President of Yahoo! In 2006 and in 2012, is appointed as VP Head of EMEA of Yahoo!, reporting to Marissa Mayer. In 2014, he joined the start up Teads in 2014, as Chief Operation Officer to accelerate the international growth and transform the company into a leader market place for digital video advertising on mobile and programmatic. Teads was sold to Altice at the beginning of 2017. Christophe Parcot is Chief Revenue Officer of SoLocal Group since November 9, 2017.

 

 

   
 

Pascal Garcia, General Secretary

A graduate of the HEC business school and holder of an MBA from Brazil and Spain, Pascal Garcia joined SoLocal Group in 1997. First in Brazil and then at Wanadoo Edition, until 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of QDQ Media in Spain, before taking over management of the Advertisers segment and joining the Group's Executive Committee on the same occasion. In 2011 he managed the Strategy, Partnerships and External Relations department, which groups together the Group's international business. Since 2014, he has been Group Secretary General, and also in charge of the legal affairs and social strategy department.

 

 

   
 

Jean-Jacques BANCEL, Chief Financial Officer

Jean-Jacques BANCEL, graduated from ESSEC, began his carrier in 1993 in consulting (Mars & Co) to join the banking world (HSBC) in 1998, before taking the post of Director of Financial Communication of Autoroutes du Sud de la France (South of France Highways) and to pilot its IPO. Being successfull in this operation, he was promoted to CFO in 2003, a position he would later occupy in various companies between 2007 and 2016, such as Consolis (European construction group) or in the pharmaceutical industry (LBO Ethypharm and SGD Pharma). Jean-Jacques Bancel is Chief Financial Officer of SoLocal Group since February 13, 2018.

 

 

   
 

Richard Cuif, Chief HR Officer

Richard Cuif started his carrier in Rank Xerox, Disney then Kraft Foods before joining PepsiCo group, where he was appointed as Chief Human Ressources Officer in 1997. At this position, he went to the merge of Food and Beverage activities. Then he joined Schweppes France, took part of the merge of Orangina Schweppes, then is promoted as Human Ressources Director of the Beverage branch of the group. From 2005 to 2008, he was Human Ressources Director of Microsoft France, then joined Devanlay-Lacoste group where he is in charge of Human Ressources, internal communication and corporate social responsibility. During 7 yars, he participated to the international development of the activities, the human Ressources responsability and the group transformation. Since 2016, he has been consultant. Richard Cuif is Chief HR Officer of SoLocal Group since November 9, 2017.

 

 

   
 

Philippe de Boissieu, Chief Transformation Officer

Philippe de Boissieu graduated from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in 1996 and started his career at La Générale des Eaux as Financial Controller before joining the PwC then Deloitte consultancy firms. He subsequently held financial management positions for industrial groups. Throughout his career, Philippe de Boissieu has gained invaluable experience in steering strategic transformation projects or recovery operations. In November 2017, Philippe de Boissieu was appointed Transitional Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and on 2 May 2018 he was put in charge of steering the transformation project set out in the “SoLocal 2020” plan and built around 6 strategic programmes: Customer journeys, Production of offers, Move to Cloud, Finance process, Skills and Training and ERP.
