Jean-Pierre Remy, Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Pierre Remy is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale and the HEC doctoral programme and began his career as a strategy consultant. In 2000, he formed Egencia, which became a global leader in business travel on the Internet, before joining Expedia, the world’s number one in online travel. After joining the Group in 2009, he now is Chief Executive Officer.

Nicolas Gauthier is a graduate of Esigetel and began his carreer with Bossard Consultants. He then moved to Accenture for 8 years, where he took part in telecom, media and internet subjects. Since 2006, he was vice-president of Cagemini Consulting, in charge of the TechnoStrategy business unit. He joined SoLocal Group in 2010, and manages the Business Solutions department.
Julien Ampollini, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Media segment
Julien Ampollini is a graduate of the HEC business school. He began his career at LVMH before joining the strategy consulting firm Bain & Co. In 2000, he took part in the formation of Egencia, the European leader in online business travel, before being appointed as Manager of the Boston Consulting Group. From 2007, he served as Strategy Director for the Canal+ group before joining SoLocal Group in 2009 as Chief Strategy and Communications Officer and CEO of SoLocal Network. He’s now Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the media & products segment.
Virginie Cayatte, Chief Financial Officer in charge of Finance, Real estate and Procurement
A graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines, Virginie Cayatte began her career at Axa financial department, in charge of financing and cash management. Between 2002 and 2006, she was in charge of financial market regulation and economic forecasts for the French Treasury. Before joining SoLocal Group, Virginie Cayatte was Chief Financial Officer for AXA IM, the AXA group’s asset management subsidiary.
Christophe Pingard, Chief Operating Officer Sales & Marketing
Christophe Pingard holds a post master degree in quality and innovation management. He started his career at Steelcase Strafor before joining Egencia, global leader in online corporate travel, first as CEO for France, then in charge of Operations for Europe and Asia-Pacific. As SoLocal Group and PagesJaunes CEO, he is in charge of driving the Group revenues and heads sales and marketing to advertisers.
Pascal Garcia, Secretary general and Deputy Chief Executive Officer heading Strategy, Partnerships and External Relations
A graduate of the HEC business school and holder of an MBA from Brazil and Spain, Pascal Garcia joined SoLocal Group in 1997. First in Brazil and then at Wanadoo Edition, until 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of QDQ Media in Spain, before taking over management of the Advertisers segment and joining the Group's Executive Committee on the same occasion. In 2011 he managed the Strategy, Partnerships and External Relations department, which groups together the Group's international business. Since 2014, he has been Group Secretary General, and also in charge of the legal affairs and social strategy department.
Julien Veyrier, deputy Secretary general in charge of Human Ressources and Institutional Relations
A graduate from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Paris Institute for Political Sciences (Sciences-Po), Julien Veyrier served as special advisor to the French minister of National Education, then to the minister of Labor and Social relations. He was later appointed deputy chief of staff of the minister of Industry and to the minister of Vocational training. Between 2011 and 2014, he was the executive manager of the Vocational Training Information Centre.
