RSS feeds

What is an RSS feed?

An RSS feed enables you to be informed when new content has been added to a website. When it is published, you can view all the titles and summaries of the latest articles without having to view the websites from which the information is taken.

The abbreviation RSS stands for ‘Really Simple Syndication’. In practice, these feeds can be seen as pages of information designed to be read using special readers instead of conventional web browsers.

You can subscribe to an RSS feed in various ways:

Drag and drop the URL (the address) or the icon of the feed into your RSS reader, or simply cut and paste the URL into your RSS reader.
